Upon arrival, remove prints from the tube so they have time to flatten before framing. Keep the art covered with tissue paper, find a safe flat surface and place weight at the four corners.
Please allow 5-10 business days from time of purchase for delivery. When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. To ensure a safe delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately.
If your print was damaged in transit or you received a defective item, please email email@example.com within 3 business days to report the damage in order to receive a replacement. Please retain the item and document the damage with a photo attached to your email.
